I exercise daily, and have all my life. All of my life I have struggled with mental illness, and exercise is one of my best coping skills. I think that writing letters is also a good coping skill, to care about someone else's life. And kind of like a journal that helps to process daily & significant events; for both of us. I've lived through a lot of trauma, and I understand the different ways that, we as humans cope.
