You out there must accept the fact that no matter what, mistakes of judgement happens and that the true reality of living life in the real world is that while by No fault of their own that unplanned undesired things does happen to people; me.
*Facts are that the real actual circumstances that brought me into this situation; was never told.
That during that 2006 day, there in fact was nothing else in my thoughts other than to make a quick trip to a local store that I've been to 100s of times, and back home again. However, things do happen; that I am the one whom was attacked accosted & harassed by a total stranger whom aggressively forced my car off the road, then progressively attacked me 4 times then aggressively tailgated my car in following me for miles into a local mall parking area to physically confronted me in further life threatening aggression; all this after 15-19 minutes time frame; I was already within a fear for my life and safety, when that total stranger made a "drawing for his weapon" body maneuver; so I reacted defensively. Thereafter monday morning quarterbacks believed in fake news media stories fabricated by prosecutors.
*And just to note; That the NYPD & PAPD whom entered my home; stolen over a million dollars of Heirloom Jewlery from out of my house security safes; none of it ever invoiced nor ever recovered.
And what did my then underage children ages 10 & 12 anything to do with this case?
They were living with my exwife; of whom then already divorced over 10 years.
The NYPD detectives had harassed my children every day on their way to school, even had press reporters follow my children.
*I made a mistake of judgment that I paid my debt for to society...
*I had an esteem spiritual awakening am a new and good man present day.
* I will live a good and honest new life...moving forwards with my new life...
